Job summary

Disney Direct-to-Consumer is seeking a Launch Readiness Program Manager to orchestrate readiness for new launches across its streaming platforms. You will ensure global support teams have the resources, tools, and training needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing, Legal, and regional teams to align stakeholders and drive successful outcomes while managing risks and dependencies across regions including EMEA, APAC,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or operations management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple regions.
• Understanding of customer support operations and end-to-end PM principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global launch readiness planning for Disney DTC initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks and dependencies.
• Improve workflows and tooling with CRM, telephony, and self-service teams.
• Establish scalable launch readiness processes and documentation.
• Provide Viewer Experience insights to influence product decisions.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and track milestone progress.
• Drive continuous process improvements for efficiency and viewer experience.
