Disney Experiences Technology is seeking a Sr Business & Information Analyst to support Launch Readiness and Continual Service Improvement across our parks and commerce technology ecosystem.

This role provides leadership and execution capacity across launch planning, command center readiness, problem management, performance analysis, and availability improvement efforts, with boots-on-the-ground support in Anaheim.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous service improvement efforts across availability objectives and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate Lean and Six Sigma activities, root cause analysis, and prioritization of improvements.
• Analyze operational data, KPIs, incidents, and service trends to identify health opportunities.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and drive implementation with partners.
• Design dashboards and reporting views for executives and operators.
• Support CSI initiatives focused on service availability and process optimization.
• Provide Launch Readiness support for major initiatives and events in Anaheim.
• Develop launch plans, runbooks, and command center documentation.
