Nutricost is seeking an International Project Manager to lead global supplement launches from concept to post-launch. You will manage market planning, regulatory readiness, packaging, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, compliant launches worldwide.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience managing multiple projects, and the ability to prepare executive dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, international partners, and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks, delays, and roadblocks and develop solutions.
• Lead meetings and communicate professionally through email and video calls.
• Prepare project updates, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and data.
• Analyze project data to support decisions and identify trends or risks.
• Improve workflows and processes to increase efficiency.
• Ensure deliverables meet business, quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
