Nutricost is seeking an internationally oriented Project Manager to lead supplement launches from planning through post-launch follow-up. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and regulatory steps to ensure timely, compliant product readiness.

The role requires strong organization, analytics, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-growing consumer brand.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high volumes of data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience preparing management reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead international supplement launches from planning through execution and post-launch follow-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, international partners, and stakeholders for readiness, packaging, documentation, regulatory compliance, and logistics.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, develop solutions, and communicate updates via meetings, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Maintain project documentation and data, analyze performance, and improve workflows to increase efficiency.
