Hudson Talent Solutions is assisting a global life sciences client in recruiting a Global Marketing Commercial Launch Project Manager. The role leads cross-functional planning, coordination, and execution of new product launches from development through commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in project management, business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in project management, product launch, commercialization, or program management within life sciences.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional projects in a global or matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive commercial launch plans, timelines, milestones, governance processes, and launch readiness criteria.
• Lead cross-functional launch teams and translate commercial launch strategy into actionable workstreams, project plans, and clear deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, finance, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor launch readiness across commercial, operational, regulatory, and supply dimensions, identifying risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation plans.
• Track critical launch deliverables, including regulatory approvals, product supply availability, pricing and reimbursement requirements, commercial materials, field readiness, and external partner readiness.
• Lead regular project team meetings, facilitate steering committee and executive updates, and drive decision-making and issue resolution across stakeholders.
• Maintain project dashboards, status reports, risk registers, and action logs to provide timely visibility into project health, milestones, and decisions required.
• Support post-launch reviews, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities to improve launch excellence processes, tools, templates, and playbooks.
