Job summary

Sanofi Morristown, NJ is seeking a Launch Packaging Leader to drive packaging strategy for solids and injectables across global launches. You will lead a team of packaging engineers and work with Global Area Head of Packaging to align end-to-end packaging with patient-centric goals.

You will collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and manufacturing, oversee registrations documentation, and advocate sustainable packaging innovations to optimize quality and supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in packaging launch initiatives.
• Proven track record in injectable or solid packaging projects and teams.
• Ability to influence across functions and collaborate effectively.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for injectable or solid packaging.
• English fluent; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive 45+ NPI/new launch projects globally with packaging engineers to milestones.
• Lead packaging design for New Product Launches with 3Ps framework (Patient, Planet, Performance).
• Lead content and technical documentation standards for new product registrations (NCEs).
• Provide packaging leadership to R&D, Regulatory, and manufacturing sites for worldwide registrations.
• Direct innovation programs for new packaging technologies to improve sustainability and reduce waste.
• Manage and develop the Launch Packaging team.
