Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Packaging Graphic Designer to translate approved packaging concepts into production-ready artwork and printed materials. You will own artwork governance, standards, workflows, and final releases to ensure brand integrity, regulatory compliance, and supply continuity.

Collaborating with Regulatory, Packaging Design, Engineering, Product Development, and Supply Chain, you will deliver high-quality design assets across labelling and packaging.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in graphic design with 3–5 years in pharma/regulated industries.
• Strong portfolio of packaging artwork concepts.
• Experience managing artwork development from concept to production release.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulated packaging requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional packaging projects.

Responsibilities

• Scope of Work: lead packaging artwork development and regulatory labeling for packaging and print materials.
• Develop scalable artwork workflows, approvals, version control, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate packaging artwork projects with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Own post-launch artwork changes and BOM updates with production partners.
• Provide guidance on typography, color management, and production processes to ensure quality.
• Manage budgets related to packaging artwork operations and external partners.
