Job summary

HelloFresh in Newark, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager, Launch for the Global Value Stream. You will own complex facility launches, coordinate with Operations, Tech, Real Estate, HR and Procurement, and manage timelines, budgets and risks to ensure seamless readiness across our network.

The role requires 5+ years in high-stakes project management, travel up to 50-75%, and a strong track record with large-scale launches and capital projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-stakes project management experience.
• Experience managing facility launches, capital expenditure projects, or complex hardware/system implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for new facility launches and decommissioning activities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet launch deadlines.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks with leadership escalation.
• Oversee installation/commissioning of material handling equipment and IT infrastructure.
• Establish Go/No-Go criteria and readiness reviews before handover.
• Document launch processes and synthesize lessons learned.
