Job summary

Walmart Connect in Hoboken, NJ seeks a Senior Manager, Revenue Program Management to partner with launch owners and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and scale new product launches. You will help with operational readiness, identify risks, and ensure launches are scalable and successful.

This role bridges Product and Operations, driving continuous improvement, change management, and data-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in program and project management including planning, organizing, and executing complex initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of change management strategies and ability to lead impact analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with risk management tools and techniques to identify, mitigate, and upscale project risks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration across teams.
• Kaizen/Six Sigma experience to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and financial data to inform decision-making and maximize ROI.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
