Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking a Director, Global Launch Excellence Strategic Capabilities Leader to shape and modernize launch readiness across the portfolio. The role drives strategy, governance, and continuous improvement for tools like the LPT and Playbooks, partnering with Global, Regional, and Market teams to deliver data-driven, scalable launch capabilities worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Global & US Launch Excellence, Commercial Strategy, or related biopharma functions.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide change in complex matrices.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Global Launch Excellence capabilities.
• Oversee LPT, Launch Playbooks, and Launch Excellence Library; guide tool design and adoption.
• Partner with BU Launch Leaders, Global Brand Teams, and Market teams to drive adoption.
• Translate insights into enhancements for tools and frameworks; foster continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on capability excellence and AI-enabled solutions.
