Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Global Launch Excellence capabilities.
• Modernize launch preparation methodologies with harmonized frameworks and standards.
• Act as enterprise owner for launch readiness capabilities and related tools.
• Lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of launch methodologies and tools.
• Partner with global, regional, and market teams to ensure scalable launch readiness.
