Amgen is seeking a Senior Director, Head Launch Excellence to lead the Launch Excellence (LEX) program within Global Marketing. This role partners across Global, Regional and Affiliate teams to build an enterprise LEX capability for a GwL operating model and to drive AI-enabled automation for repeatable launch activities.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the LEX operating model, including scope, handoffs, governance and escalation.
• Lead AIN Launch Excellence team, including hiring, onboarding and role clarity.
• Establish governance, readiness routines, risk triggers and KPI definitions for launch readiness.
