Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior KYC/ AML transformation leader to drive global process redesigns, automation, and governance. You will steer cross-functional teams, map current-state workflows, and implement standardized architectures that enhance compliance and efficiency.

You will partner with Technology, Product, and Operations to define automation needs, oversee change management, and establish KPIs to measure productivity and cost outcomes across regions and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale process transformation programs.
• Deep AML/KYC operational domain experience.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic analyses of current-state KYC workflows across global units and tech platforms.
• Use process mining to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and friction points.
• Facilitate reengineering workshops with senior leaders across functions.
• Establish standardized operating procedures and process architectures.
• Partner with Technology/Product to define automation requirements.
• Translate designs into intelligent workflow solutions including RPA and system integrations.
• Build architectures supporting predictive analytics and decision-support tech.
• Lead enterprise-wide change management, including communications and training.
• Define and govern KPIs for process quality, cycle time, and First-Time-Right.
• Ensure redesigned processes meet global AML/Sanctions/KYC regulations.
