The position is remote for US-based candidates, with compensation ranging from $252,620 to $297,200 annually. It emphasizes onboarding quality, program health, and scalable compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing and implementing KYC programs, preferably in digital assets or fintech.
• Strong understanding of global AML, CTF, and sanctions regulations.
• Experience scaling a global KYC program from design to execution.
• Senior escalation point for KYC onboarding issues with regulatory guidance expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple regulatory initiatives in a complex environment.
• Experience with responsible use of generative AI to enhance business processes.

For our client, we are seeking a Head of KYC to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will own the strategic direction of a global KYC program across regulated entities in a fast-moving digital assets environment. The role will guide a team of KYC professionals, partner closely with Legal and Compliance, and help shape regulatory interpretations and issue resolution across multiple jurisdictions. It is a highly visible leadership position focused on strengthening onboarding quality, program health, and scalable compliance operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $252,620 – $297,200 annually
