Silgan Dispensing Systems Thomaston Corporation is seeking a high-impact Key Account Manager – Global Accounts to manage and grow relationships with leading consumer brands. You will identify opportunities, lead cross-functional engagement, and guide complex negotiations to protect margins while driving global growth.

The role requires Cincinnati-area based candidates, a business bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in KAM or direct sales, preferably in packaging/CPG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 5+ years of Key Account Management or direct sales experience required.
• Experience selling into FMCG/CPG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic global customer accounts and develop long-term growth plans.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through consultative selling.
• Partner with Procurement, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations while protecting margins and strengthening relationships.
• Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce and manage sales pipeline.
