Qualifications

5+ years of Key Account Management or direct sales experience.
Experience selling to FMCG/CPG brands.

Responsibilities

Manage strategic global customer accounts and develop long-term growth plans.
Identify and convert new business opportunities through consultative selling.
Partner with Procurement, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and executive stakeholders.
Lead complex commercial negotiations while protecting margins and strengthening customer relationships.
Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
Work cross-functionally with Innovation, Marketing, Design, and Operations to deliver customer solutions.
Successfully manage long sales cycles common within the packaging industry, keeping multiple stakeholders engaged from initial opportunity through commercialization.
