Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in US Military Compliance System, trade compliance, aerospace compliance, or other highly regulated compliance environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting aerospace, aviation, defense, manufacturing, or global operations with controlled products and data.
• Experience with export licensing, product classification, technology controls, audits, investigations, and cross-functional program management.
• Strong ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical processes for diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, implementation, and ongoing management of the US Military Compliance System Program.
• Establish policies, procedures, and internal controls for export-controlled products, data, software, and services.
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance reviews, and program evaluations to identify gaps and strengthen controls.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement new compliance requirements.
• Serve as Empowered Official or designated US Military Compliance System representative.
