Global IT Systems Analyst - Remote / Freelance

NTT DATA is looking for a freelance and remote Global IT Systems Analyst for an international client based in Belgium.

• Contract: freelance / B2B
• This role can be performed remote by a EU national anywhere within the European Union

General Role Description:

Provide global end-user support for enterprise systems, ensuring smooth operation, compliance, and user satisfaction across worldwide regions. This role involves system implementation, maintenance, and decommissioning, as well as project management and governance activities.

Your role:

• Collect and assess user requirements for new systems and system decommissioning.
• Implement, maintain, and support regional or global systems.
• Manage projects with strong governance and compliance, including detailed planning of key activities and milestones.
• Serve as first-line support for regional or global systems.
• Handle multiple critical issues simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key metrics to stakeholders at various levels.
• Deliver clear and professional communication in English, including formal presentations.
• Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail.

Your profile:

• Experience: 10+ years in system support, implementation, and project management.
• Education: University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Language: Advanced (C1 or C2) English proficiency (verbal and written). Spanish is considered a plus.
