Job summary

SRAM IT Operations is seeking an Associate IT Systems Analyst in Chicago to support end-user computing, systems administration, and foundational IT operations across global sites. You will work under guidance from senior staff, gaining exposure to enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and ITSM tooling as you grow your technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent or hands-on experience with relevant certifications.
• Demonstrated analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users; ability to provide technical training to end users.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support via the Service Hub, resolving basic device, application, access, and performance issues.
• Create, modify and manage user accounts and services across SRAM's cloud platforms.
• Assist with patch management, system upgrades, and application deployments following ITIL-aligned change management.
• Contribute to monitoring and alerting workflows using SRAM's observability tooling and document incidents.
