Job summary

DeepL seeks an experienced IT Support / IT Operations professional to manage on-site and remote global IT services for our Austin-based team and beyond. You will join a hybrid IT team reporting to the Senior IT Support Manager in London, ensuring secure and smooth technology access for employees worldwide.

You will handle first-line support, device management, office connectivity, onboarding/offboarding provisioning, and continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on security and user

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT Support or IT Operations roles.
• AI fluency with security maturity and an enthusiastic adopter of AI tools.
• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Linux; knowledge of MDM tools (JAMF, Intune).
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• First line IT support for employees with IT-related issues, ensuring efficient ticketing, triage and escalations.
• Hardware and device management for employees to enable effective work.
• Office IT and connectivity setup, collaborating with global workspace teams.
• Onboarding and off-boarding tech provisioning and training for US regions.
• Continuous improvement: stay updated on technologies and propose solutions.
