Job summary

DeepL is expanding its IT Support team in Austin, TX to provide comprehensive on-site services for global staff. The role reports to the Senior IT Support Manager in London and collaborates across offices to ensure secure, efficient technology use.

You will lead first-line IT support, device provisioning, and office connectivity while aligning with security standards and ITIL processes. The position requires on-site presence four days a week in Austin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT Support or IT Operations roles.
• Experience with AI Use tools and technologies and security maturity.
• University degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Linux and enterprise apps; knowledge of MDM tools.

Responsibilities

• First line IT support for DeepL employees, triage, ticketing and escalations.
• Hardware and device provisioning for new joiners and ongoing asset management.
• Office IT setup and connectivity; coordinate AV and workspace needs.
• Onboarding and onboarding tech provisioning for US regions; training on tech access and security best practices.
• Continuous improvement by keeping up with emerging tech and proposing solutions.
