Job summary

Atrium Staffing is seeking an IT Associate for a temp-to-perm role to provide first-tier technical support to a global workforce. You will handle hardware, software, mobile devices, user accounts, and meeting tech with a strong focus on customer service and end-user experience.

The role involves daily IT operations, onboarding/offboarding, and supporting AV for meetings. Collaboration in a small team and opportunity for growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on IT or technical support experience.
Proficient in Windows 10/11, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Experience supporting macOS and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first-tier technical support to employees.
Troubleshoot laptops, printers, mobile devices, software and peripherals.
Manage user accounts and access issues.
Handle IT onboarding and offboarding.
Support AV technology for meetings and workshops.
Document issues, resolutions, and standard processes.
Assist IT team with projects and initiatives.
