Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of IT DX Strategy & Management Services on behalf of a partner in the United States. You will shape the IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation roadmap for a global diagnostics organization in medical technology, driving investment prioritization and operating model transformation to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field is required.
A master's degree, MBA, MSc in IT Management, or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
Senior IT leadership experience (10–15+ years) with strategic leadership background.
Experience defining and implementing enterprise IT/digital strategies and roadmaps.
Proficiency in IT governance, risk, and compliance, including cybersecurity considerations.

Responsibilities

Define IT strategy and governance for diagnostics IT aligned with enterprise objectives.
Drive portfolio prioritization and investment decisions across IT domains.
Develop long-term technology roadmaps for scalability and resilience.
Lead digital transformation and IT operating model evolution.
Establish KPIs, reporting, and executive dashboards for IT performance.
