Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; preferred fields include Business, Information Systems, Engineering.
• 5–8+ years in consulting, project/program management, or similar roles in complex enterprise environments (IT or digital transformation contexts).
• Ability to structure complex topics, synthesize information, and drive actionable outcomes.
• Experience preparing and facilitating leadership interactions (workshops, meetings, executive communications).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across a global, matrixed IT organization.
• High ownership, reliability, and detail orientation with a pragmatic, hands-on style.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure follow-through.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational actions and structured execution.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and senior management exposure.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality presentations for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Diagnostics Head of IT in driving organizational priorities with structured execution and visibility across initiatives.
• Prepare and orchestrate leadership engagements (management meetings, townhalls, workshops) with clear agendas and materials.
• Structure and track strategic topics across IT, monitoring progress, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT alignment, acting as a central interface for consistency and timely decisions.
• Drive preparation of executive communications, presentations, and briefings for management-ready formats.
• Establish and maintain governance rhythms with reporting, follow-ups, and action tracking.
• Support ad-hoc analysis, decision preparation, and problem-solving on priority IT topics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of collaboration and operational effectiveness across IT.
