Job summary

ITE Management L.P. seeks an experienced technology leader to serve as Head of IT, responsible for building and driving the firm's information technology strategy.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 7-15 years of progressive IT experience and the ability to align technology with business goals across a global organization. You will own cloud, security, and infrastructure programs, lead a small-to-mid size team, manage vendors and MSPs, and partner with investment teams to enable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• 7–15 years of progressive IT operations or infrastructure management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud infrastructure strategy (M365, Azure) for high availability and modernization.
• Maintain security, reliability, and performance across systems, with access controls, audits, and compliance.
• Establish data security policies: encryption, endpoint protection, secure communications.
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans; coordinate upgrades and patches.
• Manage infrastructure costs and optimize cloud spend as data grows.
• Build IT infrastructure and processes to support a global firm with NY and London offices.
• Oversee IT vendors, MSPs, and third-party providers; ensure SLAs and due diligence.
• Collaborate with MSP to keep cybersecurity best-in-class.
• Lead IT team responsible for help desk and network connectivity in US and abroad.
• Partner with verticals and Labs to define needs and enable data-driven decisions.
• Define and execute the IT roadmap with executive leadership; manage projects from planning to deployment.
• Document configurations, licenses, policies, and incident response protocols.
