Job summary

ITE Management LP seeks an experienced technology leader to serve as Head of IT, driving the firm’s information technology strategy. The role demands a change leader who can partner with non-technical stakeholders and push adoption of new tools and processes across a growing, global organization.

The candidate will own cloud infrastructure strategy (M365/Azure), enforce security policies, manage MSPs and vendors, and lead IT projects from planning to deployment while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7-15 years of IT operations or infrastructure management.
• Strong compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead organizational change and drive tool adoption.
• Expert in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID + Duo, Intune and Purview, as well as JAMF.
• Strong network security skills (firewalls, VPNs, MFA, EDR, MDR/SIEM).
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
• PowerShell and/or Python scripting a plus.
• Proven IT project, vendor, budget management with MSP.

Responsibilities

• Own ITE’s cloud infrastructure strategy (M365, Azure) with high availability and modernization.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of all systems including access controls and audits.
• Establish data security policies including encryption and secure communications.
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage infrastructure costs and optimize cloud spend.
• Build IT infrastructure to support a global company with NY and London offices.
• Oversee IT service providers, MSPs, and vendors with SLAs and due diligence.
• Collaborate with MSP to ensure best-in-class cybersecurity.
• Lead the IT team and help desk across US and abroad.
• Partner with business units to assess tech needs and define criteria.
• Support modernization roadmap and data availability for analytics teams.
• Lead IT roadmap with executives; manage projects from planning to deployment.
