Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking a strong IT Infrastructure Manager and technology leader to oversee enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, IT operations, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can independently assess and strengthen our technology and security posture while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
Minimum 10-12 years IT infrastructure with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
Experience with Windows, Linux, networking, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

Oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, server, storage, and end-user computing environments.
Drive infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, and technology roadmap initiatives.
Develop and manage IT infrastructure budgets, forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
Lead project scoping, planning, prioritization, and execution of infrastructure initiatives.
Independently assess and enhance Preserve Life cybersecurity and security controls.
Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure and support teams.
Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and technology investments.
