Job summary

ITE Management L.P. is seeking an experienced technology leader to serve as Head of IT, responsible for building and driving the firm's information technology strategy.

This role calls for a seasoned professional with 7-15 years of progressive experience in information management. The ideal candidate is a change leader who can work effectively with non-technical business stakeholders and drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across a growing, global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 7–15 years IT ops/infrastructure exp.
• Strong compliance frameworks.
• Experience with non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead organizational change & tool adoption.
• Expert in M365, Azure, Entra ID, Duo, Intune, Purview, JAMF.
• Network security proficiency (firewalls, VPNs, MFA, EDR, SIEM).
• Azure cloud infra experience.
• Scripting: PowerShell or Python a plus.
• Vendor/mgmt with MSP.
• Cybersecurity frameworks & audits.
• Experience leading IT team at a financial buy-side firm.
• Translate business objectives into tech strategy with operating/investment teams.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud infrastructure strategy (M365, Azure) for high availability.
• Ensure security, reliability, and compliance across systems.
• Enforce data security policies and encryption.
• Manage disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Oversee vendor management and MSP relationships.
• Lead IT team and expand global support.
• Collaborate with Labs and investment teams on tech needs.
• Define and execute IT roadmap with executives.
• Lead IT projects from planning to deployment.
• Maintain system documentation and incident protocols.
• Track IT metrics and security incidents.
