Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Sr. Manager of Global Strategic Sourcing, IT to lead sourcing strategy for IT hardware, software, telecom, and professional services across brands.

You will negotiate enterprise agreements, manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, and drive in-year savings with analytics and governance across multiple sub-categories. The role requires extensive IT procurement expertise,-category leadership, and cross-brand collaboration with IT, Legal, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field or Finance/Business Administration
• Advanced degree preferred
• Certifications in CPM/CIPS/CPSM/ITIL or SAM preferred
• Experience in enterprise IT contract negotiations and strategy
• Strong facilitation and project management skills
• Ability to engage senior executives and stakeholders
• Proficiency with source-to-pay tooling and contract lifecycle management

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management for IT portfolio across brands and corporate areas
• Negotiate enterprise agreements, SaaS/subscription, cloud consumption, and AI/GenAI engagements
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle and compliance
• Develop RFIs/RFPs and market benchmarking for IT goods/services
• Provide spend analytics and dashboards to support decisions
• Drive supplier performance, risk reviews, and supplier rationalization
• Coach analysts and contractors and lead cross-functional teams
