Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 15 years of relevant work experience in sourcing and procurement principles.
5+ years negotiating IT contracts and services for large multinational companies with spend > $100M annually.
5–8 years of leadership experience.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence executive relationships.

Responsibilities

Set global strategic direction for IT procurement, standardizing category management, sourcing, contracting, and asset management.
Lead a globally distributed team and partner with global/regional IT leaders and Indirect Procurement to drive supplier performance, ensure software compliance and license optimization.
Governance and performance oversight for outsourced IT vendors and the Global Capability Center to ensure service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
