Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Director of IT Sourcing & Category Management to lead global procurement across software, cloud, hardware, telecom, and digital services. You will partner with the CIO and IT executives to drive category strategies, supplier performance, risk management, and cost savings while guiding a high-performing team.

You will drive procurement transformation, establish governance, and ensure alignment with technology investment plans to enable innovation and business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT sourcing across software, cloud, hardware, and IT services.
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year category roadmaps.
• Strong supplier management, risk mitigation, and governance skills.
• Track record of achieving cost savings and value creation in IT spend.
• Leadership experience overseeing sourcing professionals and driving transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global IT category strategies across software, cloud, hardware, telecom, and services.
• Lead strategic sourcing from opportunity identification through negotiation, contracting, and supplier management.
• Drive procurement best practices, policy adoption, and process compliance.
• Partner with CIO and IT leaders to align procurement with technology investment plans.
• Lead a team of sourcing professionals and drive transformation and continuous improvement.
• Establish executive-level supplier relationships and governance to optimize performance.
