The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business and 5+ years in manufacturing-focused IT project management, with strong knowledge of IT systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• 5+ years managing IT or business systems projects in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or digital transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of IT projects across global units.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources; mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with IT, manufacturing, engineering, finance and sales.
• Oversee implementations and system integrations.
• Develop project documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate vendors and internal resources to meet objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
