Job summary

Stellar Professionals LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own enterprise IT initiatives across software development, application and production support, and release management. Hybrid work arrangement with local candidates preferred.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate across development, infrastructure, QA, and operations, and oversee SDLC, incident response, change control, and governance processes to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale IT projects from planning through closure.
• Ability to coordinate across Software Development, Application/Production Support, and Release Management teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Solid understanding of incident management, change control, and production support processes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: manage full project lifecycles from planning, scoping, budgeting through execution, monitoring, and closure.

• SDLC Oversight: lead SDLC activities alongside operational support (incident management, root cause analysis, system stability).
• Release Coordination: manage change management, deployment scheduling, rollback planning, and live production implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage full project lifecycles from initial planning, scoping, and budgeting through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across diverse technical tracks, including development, infrastructure, QA, application support, and release management teams.
• SDLC Oversight: Lead software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities alongside operational support operations (incident management, root cause analysis, and system stability).
• Release Coordination: Manage change management protocols, deployment scheduling, rollback planning, and live production implementations.
• Governance & Risk Management: Monitor project dependencies, track budgets, mitigate technical risks, and facilitate stakeholder governance meetings.

• SDLC Frameworks: Deep practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.

• Leadership & Strategy: Superior organizational, budgeting, risk-mitigation, and executive stakeholder communication skills.
