Job summary

Feuji is seeking a Project Lead in St. Louis, MO for a 6-month contract to start. You will own end-to-end delivery of M&A integration workstreams, coordinating technical teams and serving as the primary contact for the client’s Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities include managing integration schedules, coordinating multiple workstreams, and leading go-live readiness reviews, while maintaining runbooks and escalating risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading multi-site IT infrastructure or M&A integration projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams (network, desktop, collaboration, security).
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration schedule for assigned acquisitions, from kickoff through hypercare close.
• Coordinate standups across network, desktop, collaboration, IAM, and service desk workstreams.
• Serve as primary escalation point for vendor delivery risks and cross-team blockers.
• Report status, risks, and dependencies to client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Maintain the integration runbook/checklist and keep workstream owners aligned to it.
• Manage resource allocation across dedicated team members and the delivery bench.
• Lead go-live readiness reviews and post-go-live retrospectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integration schedule for assigned acquisitions, from kickoff through hypercare close

Required Qualifications
