Job summary

MCC is seeking a Senior Procurement Director, IT/Professional Services, to shape and execute a global procurement strategy across IT and Professional Services. You will own a ~$150MM spend, partner with IT leadership, Finance, Legal, and regional teams, and drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience across IT and Professional Services.
• Minimum 10 years in a senior category management role.
• Experience managing a global spend portfolio of $150MM+ across IT and Professional Services.
• Proven negotiation of complex IT and Professional Services contracts including software/SaaS and cloud.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, export controls, and local contracting laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own global IT and Professional Services category strategies.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing (RFx, negotiations, contracting) across regions.
• Manage tier-1 vendors and drive supplier performance via SLAs and scorecards.
• Partner with Finance for budget planning, spend forecasting, and TCO analysis.
• Govern category governance, regulatory compliance, and executive reporting.
• Mentor and develop a geographically distributed procurement team.
