Job summary

MCC is seeking a seasoned Procurement Director, IT/Professional Services, to drive global category strategy and governance across IT and external services. You will influence IT leadership, negotiate high-value contracts, and lead regional teams to optimize cost, risk, and supplier performance.

Reporting to the CPO, you will partner with Finance and Legal to shape strategic sourcing, manage a $150MM spend, and ensure policy compliance across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas while enabling scalable,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience across IT and Professional Services.
• Minimum 10 years in a senior-level category management role spanning IT and/or Professional Services.
• Experience managing a global spend portfolio of $150MM+ across IT and Professional Services, ideally spanning multiple regions.
• Proven track record negotiating complex IT and Professional Services contracts, including SaaS, cloud, and SOWs.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, GDPR, export controls, and local contracting laws.
• Experience leading or mentoring geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global IT and Professional Services category strategies, aligning sourcing with technology roadmaps and business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFx, negotiations, contracting) for strategic IT and Professional Services across regions.
• Partner with Finance on IT and Professional Services budget planning, spend forecasting, and TCO analysis.
• Establish category governance frameworks and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Finance, and regional Procurement teams to ensure aligned execution.
