Job summary

Allegion is seeking an Integration Leader, Global IT M&A who will own post‑Day1 IT integration execution across a global portfolio. You will work with Regional Directors to translate due diligence into actionable plans, manage budgets, and drive cross‑functional cutovers with minimal business disruption.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of IT leadership, deep PMI experience, strong financial forecasting, and a collaborative style to lead regional teams across Americas and international markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT leadership, including post‑merger integration (PMI) and/or divestitures.
• Experience driving change across regions (Americas and International).
• Strong background in IT financial forecasting, TSA management, budget tracking, and capacity planning.
• Ability to communicate complex technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to matrix-manage cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own post-Day1 IT integration execution across a global portfolio.
• Lead the transition of DD findings into actionable integration plans to enable business outcomes.
• Matrix-manage cross-functional IT towers to ensure seamless cutovers with minimal disruption.
• Act as central sequencer for high-volume portfolio of overlapping integrations.
• Develop IT resource heatmaps and capacity planning to prevent bottlenecks.
• Own the IT integration budget and forecast post‑close costs.
• Evolve the Post‑Day1 M&A IT Playbook and improve due diligence inputs.
