• Own identity, access management, and lifecycle processes.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation and automation across IT ops.
• Define service levels and accountability for employee support.
• Collaborate with Security, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Sales.
• Lead global team development and restructure as needed.
