Scholar Rock seeks a Senior Director, Infrastructure & IT Operations to lead global technology infrastructure and IT operations. This hands-on leader will drive reliability, scalability, and day‑to‑day IT across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibility across infrastructure and IT operations/service delivery.
• Experience building and scaling IT capabilities, teams, and operating models in a growing organization.
• Experience supporting a geographically distributed or global organization.

Responsibilities

• Own Scholar Rock’s global IT infrastructure and operations, including cloud and Microsoft platforms, networks, identity, endpoints, collaboration technologies, and end‑user computing.
• Lead IT service delivery and end‑user support, ensuring reliable support and strong employee technology experience.
• Build scalable infrastructure, operating processes, and standards to support growth and expanding global footprint.
• Drive operational excellence and reliability, including incident and problem management, monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and resilience capabilities.
• Lead readiness for new offices and international expansion.
• Develop a high‑performing team with clear accountability and documented processes.
