iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Global Infrastructure Technology & Operations to lead enterprise infrastructure strategy, architecture, and 24/7 operations across cloud, data center, and security.

You will partner with the CISO, CTO, and business leaders to align technology with clinical and manufacturing needs. The role covers multi-cloud across AWS/GCP/Azure, network, data center, hardware, end-user computing, and governance.

Qualifications

Progressive leadership experience in enterprise infrastructure.
Deep hands-on and architectural expertise in major cloud platforms.
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare or life sciences) is valued.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year enterprise infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
Build and lead a high-performing infrastructure organization across cloud, network, and on‑premise.
Own the enterprise multi-cloud strategy across AWS, GCP, Azure, and 365.
Design secure hybrid/multi-cloud connectivity and Zero Trust alignment.
Oversee data centers, hardware, and end-user computing operations.
Partner with the CISO on security controls, incidents, and vulnerability remediation.
