Qualifications

• At least 5 years in network and infrastructure support; CCNP/CCNA required.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Azure cloud.
• Experience with firewall management, WAN/LAN, VPN, and enterprise wireless.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, secure, and evaluate global network, infrastructure, and cloud systems.
• Provide exceptional customer support to staff across multi-site international manufacturing.
• Report to Enterprise Systems Manager and collaborate with plant and departmental leaders.
• Manage network architecture, WAN, segmentation, VPN, and wireless across global sites.
• Lead security incident response, identity access management, and endpoint security.
• Support virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and hardware lifecycle.
