Job summary

Wipro Limited in the United States seeks a seasoned network professional to administer and manage global LAN and WAN infrastructure as part of the Global Network Project Implementation Team.

You will configure and implement network devices (Routers, Switches, NMS Tools, WiFi) from Cisco and other vendors, troubleshoot security and connectivity issues, and help deploy offshore development centers and enterprise projects with robust security and redundancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and management of global LAN/WAN
• Implementation and configuration of network devices (Routers, Switches, NMS Tools, WiFi)
• Troubleshoot network & security issues across projects
• Implement network infrastructure for offshore development centers and enterprise projects
• Configure connectivity: MPLS, VPNs, site-to-site links
• Coordinate with ISPs/clients/onsite teams for links and issues
• Validate network designs and provide guidance on feasibility
• CCNP-equivalent certifications with ~5 years experience

Responsibilities

• Administration and management of Wipro LAN & WAN across globe
• Implementation and configuration of network devices (Routers, Switches, NMS tools & WiFi)
• Troubleshoot network & security related problems per project scope
• Implement network infrastructure for ODCs and enterprise projects with security and redundancy
• Establish MPLS, client-site VPN, and site-to-site VPN connectivity
• Coordinate with ISP, clients and onsite teams for links and issues
• Validate feasibility of network designs and provide recommendations
• Lead and participate in S0 calls and outages until resolution
