Job summary

Kwik Lok Corporation seeks a Senior IT Operations Engineer to design, secure, and manage our global network and cloud infrastructure. You will oversee WAN/LAN, firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise wireless across multiple sites, including international locations, while driving security, identity governance, and disaster recovery.

You’ll mentor staff and partner with plant leaders and vendors to ensure uptime. The role requires hands-on expertise in virtualization, Windows Server, backup/recovery, and

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 5 years in network and infrastructure support across multi-site environments.
• Certifications: CCNP or CCNA required; CompTIA Network+/Security+, AWS or Microsoft certs a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with firewall management, WAN/LAN architecture, segmentation, VPN, and enterprise wireless.
• Experience with cloud networking, application delivery (Azure), CI/CD, and source control (Git/GitHub).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Intune, Defender; device management via Autopilot.
• Experience in virtualization, Windows Server, backup/recovery platforms, incident response, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure across HQ, plants, and international sites.
• Maintain resilient WAN with failover and secure traffic segmentation.
• Administer identity and access management across Entra ID, M365, and OneLogin.
• Own endpoint security posture using Defender and Intune across offices.
• Support virtualization, servers, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Provide off-hours support and mentor IT staff; document SOPs/runbooks.
