Job summary

Kwik Lok Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Operations Engineer to design, secure, and maintain our global network, cloud, and infrastructure across multiple sites. You will lead security, identity, and endpoint management, disaster recovery planning, and serve as a senior technical resource to the IT team in a remote-capable role with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in network and infrastructure support.
• Experience with multi-site or distributed environments.
• Experience with firewall management, WAN/LAN architecture, VPN and enterprise wireless.
• Experience in cloud networking and application delivery (Azure).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and manage network infrastructure across global locations.
• Develop secure network architecture with segmentation and VPNs.
• Administer identity and access management and endpoint security.
• Support virtualization, backups, and DR readiness.
• Provide customer-focused support and runbooks documentation.
