Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related field (MIS, IT, CS).
• Expected graduation December 2026 or May 2027.
• Strong interest in information technology careers.
• Ability to work in a global business environment.
• Geographical flexibility and relocation willingness.

Responsabilités

• Complete IT assignments and present results to senior leadership.
• Participate in a 24-month rotational leadership program across Dover’s segments.
• Gain exposure to business systems development, security operations, BI, data analytics, PM, process automation, ML.
