Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month rotational leadership program with two 12-month assignments across Dover operating companies.
• Engage in IT areas such as Business Intelligence, Project Management, Application Development, Cyber Security, and Strategic Initiatives; complete hands-on projects.
• Present results to senior leadership and receive real-time feedback on work-product.
