Job summary

Yanfeng is seeking an IT Supervisor to lead IT and MES staff, align IT strategy with regional/global operations, and support plant staff and customer IT relationships.

The role requires 10+ years in IT within manufacturing and supply chain contexts, with automotive experience preferred. Travel to customer sites and plants is expected. Strong project management and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in IT, with experience in manufacturing and supply chain management.
• 3-5 years of automotive industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and plants.
• Proven project management experience and budgetary management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Leadership to align IT strategy with regional/global operations.
• Consolidate and document IT requirements and gaps across regions and plants.
• Review project plans with Leadership and secure approvals and funding.
• Lead IT cost optimization and drive best practices across the region.
• Manage a team, including hiring, performance, and coaching.
