Job summary

OneTrust seeks a Senior Manager, Global IT Operations to lead and scale our worldwide IT Operations organization, driving an automation-first, AI-enabled operating model across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will oversee Service Desk, End User Computing, and related workplace operations, delivering measurable improvements and strong governance.

Qualifications

Over 10 years in IT Operations, incl. 5+ years in people leadership.
Experience leading globally distributed IT Operations teams.
Experience scaling/transforming IT Operations or service delivery models.
Strong ITSM knowledge: incident/problem/kb/continual improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a globally distributed IT Operations organization across regions.
Own global service accountability with regional responsibilities and standards.
Design metrics-based operating model focused on service quality and efficiency.
Develop executive dashboards and scorecards for performance visibility.
Define multi-year AI-enabled IT Operations roadmap and automation.
Lead incident, problem, and knowledge management initiatives.
