Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure leader to define vision, create roadmaps, and implement processes ensuring mission-critical software and services meet customer needs.

You will guide global teams across multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure, OCI), drive automation with Terraform/Ansible/Python, and partner with Security to enforce zero-trust and compliant controls. Strong leadership, staffing, and executive collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent with significant leadership experience.
• Advanced degree preferred for strategic IT leadership roles.
• Minimum of 8–12 years in IT leadership with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level technical leadership for global IT infrastructure.
• Oversee end-to-end design, deployment, security and management of multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Drive cloud FinOps, zero-trust architecture, and infrastructure automation.
• Partner with Information Security to embed security-by-design and compliance controls.
• Develop and implement demand management, prioritization, and execution of initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.
