FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. is seeking an IT leader to oversee global infrastructure, drive cloud strategy, and ensure reliable, secure customer-facing services. The role collaborates with the broader IT organization to deliver customer-centric solutions and governs end-to-end infrastructure design, deployment, and operations.

The position emphasizes leadership development, succession planning, and partnerships with security, architecture, and vendor teams to align IT with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 8 years of experience OR Associate degree in related field with 10 years of experience OR 12 years of experience.
• 6 years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure teams to design, deploy, secure, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee DR, backup architecture, and continuity planning.
• Embed security-by-design and zero-trust across cloud and on-prem platforms.
• Drive cloud FinOps and infrastructure automation with Terraform, Ansible, Python.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with vendor, product, software, and service evaluations.
• Mentor and develop succession planning and leadership development.
• Manage demand, prioritization, and sequencing of programs and projects.
